By signing up to this form, you freely, informedly and unequivocally consent to the use of your personal data, subject to the following conditions:

a) Open Knowledge Brasil (OKBR) will collect the following data through this form: name, contact telephone number, e-mail address and report. The purpose of the collection is to investigate a breach of the code of conduct.

b) OKBR will process the personal data mentioned in item “a” within the scope of the América Aberta 2024 organization. The data may be shared with other organizations holding the event.

c) OKBR declares that it adopts the security practices and measures required by the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), while also ensuring all your rights as a data subject.
